Joyce Mutua

Director

Joyce Mutua is a dairy expert whose over 20 years of experience in management, training, and advisory services in private- and public-sector roles have greatly contributed to the growth of Kenya’s and the region’s dairy industry. Ms. Mutua holds Bsc in Dairy Sciences and Technology, Post gradutae Diploma in Trade Law and Policy managment and MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing. She is currently the CECM Department of agriculture, irrigation, livestock, fisheries & cooperative development, Makueni County

Chege Njoroge

Director

Chege Njoroge is a lawyer with over 18 years of experience, admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2006. As the Managing Partner and Team Leader at Lesinko Njoroge & Gathogo Advocates, which he co-founded in 2008, he specializes in corporate and commercial law, advising private and public companies, financial institutions, and real estate developers. His expertise spans corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and business strategy. Chege holds a Master of Laws from the University of London and has additional qualifications in international arbitration. He also serves on the board of Dairy and Food Consulting Limited, offering strategic legal guidance.

Isaac Kyalo Kyungu

Director

Isaac Kyalo Kyungu is an inspirational strategic thought leader with over 18 years’ experience in the field of accountancy, finance, tax, strategy human resource management and corporate leadership. Kyungu holds a master’s degree Business Administration in Leadership Lincoln University (UK) Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting option from the University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Public Accountant of Kenya (ICPAK) In addition to his professional work, Kyungu is founder and board chair of several investment firms amongst them Safina Investment Limited; LK45 Investment limited; Enewoni Investment Group; Di Aquila SH Investment Group as well as Kinga CBO a Community Based Organization involved in charity work.

Peter Mwaniki Ngaruiya

The Managing Director

Mr. Peter Mwaniki Ngaruiya is a prominent advocate for Africa’s dairy industry, serving as Executive Director of the Eastern and Southern Africa Dairy Association (ESADA). With over a decade at ESADA, he has advanced strategic initiatives to strengthen the sector across 12 countries. A seasoned leader, he was instrumental in establishing the Institute of Directors (Kenya). Mr. Ngaruiya holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from the University of Nairobi and is the Founder and Managing Director of Dairy and Food Consulting Ltd., where he promotes sustainable solutions for African food systems. He actively participates in regional boards and committees, leading impactful programs for a competitive and sustainable continental dairy sector.
